Okay, I know this post is old - but the crazy lady used to be named "Bubbles" a cute senior citizen who danced at every game - probabl a little intoxicated, but very entertaining. So they keep it up the tradition in her name - that is why U games are so good, it is the crown entertaining the crowd!
